Parts Clerk – St-Léonard Toyota
Join the St-Léonard Toyota team!
We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and customer-service-oriented Parts Clerk to join our parts department.
Main responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the counter and over the phone;
- Advise customers and technicians on the appropriate parts and accessories;
- Prepare parts orders for the shop and customers;
- Receive, stock, and check inventory;
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment;
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent service.
Desired qualifications:
- Experience in an auto parts department (an asset);
- Knowledge of Serti software (a plus);
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Organizational skills, independence, and attention to detail;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
- Team player with a positive attitude.
