Delivery Coordinator

Spinelli Lexus in Lachine is looking for a Vehicles Delivery Coordinator.

Schedule: Part-time, 20–25 hours per week.

Main responsibilities:

- Explain the features of different vehicles and recommend products suited to customers’ needs;
- Explain all the vehicle’s technological features to customers;
- Inspect all vehicles sold and ready for delivery, ensuring that all options are properly installed and functioning correctly;
- Perform various support functions as requested by managers;
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up and welcome the customer during pick-up or home delivery;
- Perform sales record checks.

Requirements:

- Excellent customer service skills;
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence;
- Excellent sales skills;
- Team player;
- Bilingualism: excellent communication skills in both French and English, both spoken and written.
