We are looking for a dynamic individual! You will play a key role in the customer experience. This position combines administrative duties with those of a Vehicles Delivery Coordinator.
Job description:
- Call customers before and after delivery;
- Verify records before deliveries;
- Provide support to the reception desk;
- Ensure smooth delivery operations;
- Follow up with customers regarding items not received during the first delivery, as needed;
- Perform related administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Leadership, teamwork, and attention to detail;
- Experience in the automotive industry;
- Ability to learn quickly;
- Flexible schedule.
