Service Advisor Wanted!

Under the Service Manager's supervision, the Service Advisor greets customers and gathers the necessary information to identify and determine their vehicle’s repair and maintenance needs.

In addition, the Service Advisor sells maintenance services and schedules work while ensuring high-quality customer service.

Main responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and gather information about their vehicle;
- Open and close work orders;
- Forward the necessary information to the shop technician responsible for the vehicle;
- Communicate with the customer throughout the process to keep them informed of the progress of work being performed on their vehicle;
- Explain the nature of the work performed and all associated costs to customers;
- Advise customers on how to care for their car and emphasize the importance of maintaining it according to the manufacturer’s technical specifications;
- Build a relationship of trust with customers;
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction;
- Perform all other related tasks as needed and as requested by management.

Requirements:

- You have the right attitude; we will train you;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to suggest, recommend, and sell maintenance add-ons to customers;
- Positive attitude and a friendly demeanor;
- Patient, calm, and a team player;
- Knowledge of mechanics is a plus;
- Computer skills, familiarity with SERTI software (a plus);
- Bilingualism;
- Valid driver’s licence;
- Any combination of education and experience will be considered.
