Service Advisor

Our Albi Genesis Laval dealership is currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

You will be responsible for greeting customers and gathering the necessary information to identify and determine the repair and maintenance needs of our customers’ vehicles. You will promote maintenance services and schedule service appointments, while ensuring high-quality customer service.

Job requirements:

- Experience in a similar customer service role;
- Experience in the luxury automotive sector (a significant asset);
- Valid driver’s licence.

Working conditions:

- Full-time day shift, Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM;
- Permanent position;
