Service Advisor

Your day-to-day role... you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience, much more than just an advisor:

    • Greet every customer with professionalism and authenticity;
    • Understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions;
    • Clearly explain the work and billing (without complicated jargon);
    • Manage work orders meticulously from start to finish;
    • Ensure constant communication between the customer and the shop;
    • Advise on vehicle maintenance according to manufacturer standards;
    • Deliver service that exceeds expectations, every time;
    • Perform all other related tasks.

    • Self-motivated, organized, and efficient;

    • Bilingual (French/English), essential;

Your profile:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry;
    • Comfortable with computer tools (REYNOLDS, a plus);
    • Positive, proactive, and results-oriented attitude;
    • Experience with Ford products (a plus);
    • Strong CSI and sales skills.
