Job title: Sales and Financing (F&I) Representative.

This strategic hybrid role is designed for an experienced professional seeking to grow in a high-value-added combined role. As a key player in the sales department, you will serve as both a senior sales consultant and an F&I specialist, managing the entire customer journey from the initial meeting through to the completion of financing.
We are looking for an independent, high-performing, and results-oriented individual capable of seamlessly integrating sales and financing functions to deliver a smooth, comprehensive, and highly professional customer experience.
You will work in a cutting-edge environment that meets the expectations of a professional clientele loyal to the brand. You will also be part of Volvo’s push toward electrification, which is generating record sales month after month.
Description of daily tasks: your responsibilities for success:
- Greet customers and thoroughly analyze their needs, preferences, and financial capacity.
- Manage the entire sales process, from vehicle presentation through to delivery.
- Seamlessly integrate financing and insurance (F&I) solutions into the customer experience.
- Recommend tailored products or services by highlighting their features and benefits.
- Advise customers on various complementary products (winter tires, genuine accessories based on their activities or needs, installation of electric charging stations, and protections and financial products offered by the F&I department).
- Structure, present, and close financing and insurance deals with rigor and professionalism.
- Ensure transaction compliance by adhering to internal policies and applicable regulations.
- Maximize the profitability of deals by effectively combining sales and F&I.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships through rigorous and personalized follow-up.
- Inform customers of relevant new developments and answer their questions regarding sales and financing.
Desired Profile:
- Significant experience in automotive sales combined with hands-on experience in F&I (senior-level experience required).
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full sales cycle, including financing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset.
- Independence, resourcefulness, and strong adaptability in a hybrid role.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment.
- Administrative rigor and attention to detail in handling files.
- Excellent customer service skills: supporting the customer from start to finish.
- Interpersonal skills, tact, and professionalism.
- Fluency in French (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of Desking 360 and CRM 360 tools (a plus).
- Experience in selling 100% electric vehicles (a plus).
- Experience in F&I in a dealership environment (a significant plus).
