Daily Tasks: Your Responsibilities, Your Path to Success:

- Diagnose mechanical problems in vehicles and determine necessary repairs;
- Perform repairs and regular maintenance on vehicle mechanical systems;
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals to perform repairs correctly;
- Install, test, and adjust new mechanical equipment to ensure proper operation;
- Maintain maintenance and repair records, documenting work performed and parts used;
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex issues and improve processes;
- Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with safety standards and applicable regulations.

The ideal candidate:

- Joint Committee Card (required);
- Extensive experience in automotive mechanics, with in-depth knowledge of mechanical systems;
- Customer-oriented: exceptional customer service, with a focus on customer needs and a proactive approach;
- Quick-witted: ability to learn quickly and a sharp mind;
- Ambition: eager to take on challenges, results-oriented and committed to excellence, willing to share ideas, even the most daring ones;
- Perseverance: does not give up easily and perseveres in the face of difficulties;
- Rigor: highly organized, precise, and accurate;
- Strong time management and prioritization skills;
- Technical skills: excellent command of French (written and spoken) and a solid foundation in computer skills.
