Schedule:
- Full-time, permanent;
- Flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the pre-owned vehicles department transactions (“DESKING” and T.O.);
- Manage BDC, web, and text message leads;
- Participate in training new sales consultants;
- Help identify the sales team’s training needs;
- Collaborate on the design of improvement programs for sales consultants who are struggling to meet their goals;
- Collaborate on vehicle exchanges between dealerships;
- Know and understand all federal, provincial, and municipal laws governing retail automobile sales.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Intermediate-to-advanced bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate with our unilingual French-speaking customers as well as our significant unilingual English-speaking customer base;
- Leadership;
- Mentoring and training skills;
- Ability to close deals;
- Open-mindedness and flexibility;
- Must reside in Canada.
