Job description
The Role:
Are you a high-energy professional with a knack for finance and a passion for customer service? We are looking for a driven F&I Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and their dream vehicles, ensuring they have the best financing options and protection plans available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Finance: Provide insurance and financing alternatives to dealership customers.
- Product Presentation: Effectively communicate the value of extended warranties, gap insurance, and other aftermarket products.
- Documentation: Prepare and finalize all financial paperwork, ensuring 100% compliance with federal and provincial regulations.
- Lender Relations: Maintain strong relationships with Nissan Canada Finance (NCF) and other major lending institutions to secure competitive rates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Department to ensure a seamless "hand-off" and a world-class delivery experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership (Nissan experience is a major plus!).
- Education: High-school diploma
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of credit reports.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) like Dealertrack, CDK, Merlin, Serti.
- Bilingualism: English and French.
