Responsibilities:
Your role involves offering financing options, life and health insurance, various types of coverage, and extended warranties, all while providing our customers with exceptional service. You will act as an advisor, informing customers about service terms and conditions as well as the manufacturer’s and dealership’s policies. You must listen to customers to offer them financing products that match their needs and financial situation.
The Financial & Insurance Manager plays an essential role in the vehicle purchase or lease process. He or she is a go-to expert on financing and must build a relationship of trust with customers to provide them with an unparalleled experience. The candidate must be able to communicate in English both verbally (intermediate level) and in writing (beginner level) to meet the needs of our English-speaking customers.
Requirements:
- You have 2 years of experience as a Financial & Insurance Manager within a car dealership;
- You must have a valid driver’s licence;
- You are resourceful, professional, and have strong teamwork skills;
- You are committed to customer service;
- You have the ability to manage files effectively.
