FIANCIAL & INSURANCE MANAGER (F&I) — CONFIDENTIAL POSITION.

Our car dealership, located in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, is experiencing remarkable growth with steady sales volume and a loyal customer base. As part of our business expansion, we are seeking an experienced sales manager to play a key role in our development.
We recently launched an online credit department, and the results are far exceeding our expectations. We are now looking for a talented individual to help us structure, develop, and grow this strategic department, with real opportunities for advancement within the department.
Your responsibilities:
• Process financing applications (new and pre-owned vehicles), primarily for customers seeking second- or third-chance credit;
• Actively participate in the setup, optimization, and growth of the department;
• Advise clients with professionalism and transparency;
• Ensure file compliance and maximize F&I performance;
• Cover for the current F&I representative during their time off and vacations.
