Receptionist / Secretary / Sales Assistant (1 position)

Lamborghini Montréal / John Scotti Luxury-Prestige is looking for a unique individual to fill a Receptionist / Secretary / Sales Assistant.

The candidate must have an impeccable organization, be autonomous, have a sense of leadership and be able to work in a team. This person must demonstrate a desire to learn and be motivated by results, the heart of a sales department in the automotive world. We require a minimum of related experience (as a Receptionist or in customer service position - we are flexible).

If you have previously worked in a dealership, your experience is an asset for this position.

As part of your duties, you will be required to:

- Carrying out day-to-day Receptionist duties (neat appearance is important!);
- Preparing contracts between dealerships and filling-out wholesale sales;
- Preparing and balancing the cash register;
- Counting financing or leasing files;
- Storing new and pre-owned vehicles;
- Managing SAACLIC account and balancing reports;
- Preparing various accounting reports (supplier discounts, sales reports, etc.);
- Registering sold vehicles at various manufacturers and entering various plans required when the vehicles are sold;
- Filing invoices;
- Working closely with Sales Managers and carrying out related administrative tasks.

Experience with the CDK / One Eighty experience is an asset! In addition, you MUST be comfortable with a computer system. Your knowledge with Excel and/or Google suite is necessary and will be tested!

We offer a daytime and evening schedule, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
