Job description
Alix Toyota is a reputable car dealership specializing in the sale of quality pre-owned cars. We are committed to providing our customers with an exceptional buying experience, with an emphasis on customer service and transparency.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their pre-owned car needs;
- Present the different used car models available, highlighting their features and benefits;
- Advise customers on financing options, warranties and complementary services;
- Conduct test drives with customers to help them better evaluate vehicles;
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale, ensuring sales targets are met;
- Closely follow up prospects and customers to foster loyalty;
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a consistent and satisfactory customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous successful experience in selling pre-owned cars, preferably in a car dealership environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team;
- In-depth knowledge of different car models and their technical specifications;
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets;
- Attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Knowledge of Serti (an advantage).
