Customer Service Excellence:Assist customers at theparts counter by understanding their needs and efficientlylocating the correct parts to get them back up and running.
Master Diagnostics:Read and interpret partsdiagnostics, diagrams, and technical drawings to ensure precisionin every order.
Utilize Technology:Navigate computerizedinventory systems and parts libraries to track down the perfect part.
Handle Special Orders:Follow up on specialorders and keep customers informed as soon as their parts arrive.
Merchandising Support:Help create and maintaineye-catching merchandising displays that showcase our parts and promotions.
Promote Our Specials:Actively promotedealership specials and merchandising campaigns, boosting salesand customer satisfaction.
Customer Satisfaction:Ensure every customerfeels valued and appreciated, creating a welcoming atmosphere atall times.
Requirements
Education: Journeyperson PartsTechnician designation or equivalentexperience.
Experience:Aminimum of 2years' experience within a Parts department. Previous JohnDeere agricultural equipment and product experience is an asset.
Technical Skills: Experience usingonline inventory systems and standard desktop applicationsincluding Microsoft Office andotherbrowser-based programs, along with a demonstratedunderstanding of sales processes.
People-Focused:Stronginterpersonalskills with experienceconnecting withcustomers whilemaintaininga professional image andestablishing rapport.
Soft Skills: Strong timemanagement skills, ability to beadaptable, problem-solvingskills, and attention to detail.
Physical Capability:Ability to lift,carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs with long periods ofstanding and walking.
Valid Driver's License: You'll need thisfor parts deliveries.
