Financial & Insurance Manager

A major new vehicle dealership on the North Shore of Montreal, recognized for its high sales volume of over 2,000 new and pre-owned vehicles annually, is currently looking for a Financial & Insurance Manager (F&I) to join its dynamic and professional team.

Working conditions:

- Full-time position;
- On-site.

Responsibilities:

- Sell financial products and warranties;
- Manage vehicle financing;
- Build trusting relationships with customers;
- Explain the features and benefits of the products offered;
- Negotiate and find solutions that benefit all parties;
- Understand administrative practices and procedures, including recordkeeping and preparing financial documents;
- Communicate information effectively, both verbally and in writing;
- Listen carefully and ask the right questions;
- Communicate all necessary information regarding vehicles, deliveries and other relevant details;
- Work closely with the delivery and accounting departments.

Required skills:

- Previous experience as a Financial & Insurance Manager (F&I) is required;
- Strong sales and customer service skills;
- Intermediate to advanced bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with our French-speaking and English-speaking customers, including those who speak only one of the two languages;
- Knowledge of Dealertrack, Desk It and RouteOne software;
- Professional attitude;
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
