We are looking for an experienced Floor Manager / Desk Manager who can effectively maximize the dealership's sales volume. Solid experience in automotive dealership sales is essential.
Your main responsibilities:
- Welcome customers;
- Identify their needs and recommend suitable vehicles;
- Direct customers to the appropriate Sales Representative;
- Manage daily sales floor operations;
- Appraise trade-in vehicles;
- Support Sales Representatives throughout the sales process;
- Step in when needed to help close deals effectively;
- Follow up on calls, appointments and potential customers.
