Daily Responsibilities – Your Road to Success:

- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations;
- Plan and assign work to technicians;
- Ensure the quality of vehicle repairs and maintenance;
- Monitor compliance with deadlines and service standards;
- Manage parts inventory and workshop supplies;
- Train, coach and supervise technicians;
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment;
- Resolve technical issues and customer complaints;
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall operational efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

- Diploma in Automotive Mechanics or equivalent experience;
- Previous experience managing a team in an automotive repair workshop;
- In-depth knowledge of automotive diagnostic and repair systems;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and solve problems efficiently;
- Strong time management and organizational skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French;
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team;
- Proficiency with workshop management software (an asset).
