Your Role:

Under the supervision of the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for guiding our customers through every stage of their purchasing experience:

- Greeting each customer with courtesy and professionalism;
- Identify their needs and recommend the vehicle that best suits their lifestyle;
- Present the distinctive features, technologies, and benefits of the Volvo lineup;
- Organize and assist with test drives;
- Prepare and negotiate sales offers through to the completion of the transaction;
- Provide attentive follow-up after delivery to ensure complete satisfaction;
- Actively participate in brand training sessions and events;
- Collaborate with the financing, detailing, and after-sales service teams.

Desired Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience in automotive sales or the luxury sector (a major asset);
- Exceptional customer service skills and strong listening skills;
- Well-groomed appearance, positive attitude, and professionalism;
- Passion for automobiles, design, and innovation;
- Team player with a dynamic attitude in a constantly evolving environment.
