Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Consultant

Established for 70 years in Montreal’s east end, GM dealership Christin CHEVROLET BUICK GMC is a leader in the pre-owned vehicle market.

Our Sales team is looking for a candidate with experience in pre-owned vehicle sales within an automotive dealership.

The Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Advisor is responsible for the complete sales and delivery process for pre-owned cars, trucks and SUVs that have been reconditioned according to GM Canada’s CHEVROLET BUICK GMC Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Program.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in pre-owned vehicle sales, as well as a good understanding of email management and the vehicle sales process by email. The candidate must also be familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and BDC processes.

On-site training is provided in accordance with the GM Pro certification program for Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Advisors.

Requirements:

- Dynamic, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills, empathy and a strong focus on customer satisfaction;
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.

Asset:

- Knowledge of Reynolds ERA Ignite dealership management software will be considered a strong asset.
