Parts Clerk

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Parts Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our parts department, you will play an essential role in satisfying our customers and our team of technicians.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and advise customers on the products and parts they need for their vehicles;
- Manage parts inventory, including receiving, storing, and inventorying;
- Process orders and returns in an efficient and organized manner;
- Collaborate with service and workshop teams to ensure a smooth customer experience;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and market trends;
- Act as a representative on the road to prospect, develop, and retain an external customer base (garages, workshops, and partners).

Required qualifications:

- Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently while being a team player;
- Very good knowledge of automotive parts and sales processes;
- Bilingual (an asset).
