Your mission:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will guide customers through every step of their purchasing journey to provide a personalized and memorable experience.

Your main responsibilities:

- Welcome every customer with professionalism and authenticity;
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend the ideal vehicle;
- Present Volvo’s technologies, features and distinctive benefits;
- Conduct and accompany customers on test drives;
- Prepare and finalize sales transactions;
- Provide thorough follow-up after delivery to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction;
- Participate in brand training sessions and events;
- Work closely with the finance, detailing and after-sales service departments.

The profile we are looking for:

- Minimum of 3 years of automotive sales experience (required);
- Experience in the luxury sector (strong asset);
- Excellent customer service and communication skills;
- Professional appearance and positive attitude;
- Passion for automobiles, design and new technologies;
- Dynamic, autonomous and team-oriented;
- Bilingual in French and English (English required).
