Claims Officer

Duties:

- Process warranty claims with the manufacturer;
- Prepare accounting schedule for warranty claims;
- View payments received;
- Ensure that all claims are processed within 30 days;
- Support service and sales departments in warranty matters;
- Prepare various internal reports;
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures;
- Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience;
- Autonomous and resourceful;
- Dynamic;
- Team player;
- Good physical condition;
- Good knowledge of the automotive parts department, an asset.
