Financial Controller

As part of our growth, we are looking to hire an experienced Financial Controller responsible for transmitting accounting information to headquarters and optimizing our financial operations.

Your main responsibilities - Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for the financial integrity of the organization and will actively contribute to strategic decisions.

Tasks:

- Complete management of the accounting cycle;
- Preparation, analysis, and presentation of monthly financial statements;
- Compliance with accounting and tax standards;
- Budget monitoring, performance analysis, and key indicators;
- Optimization of financial processes and internal controls;
- Support for the sales and operations departments.

Requirements:

- Significant experience as a controller, ideally in a car dealership;
- Excellent command of CDK, 1-80, and Deskit systems;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Analytical mind, great rigor, and keen sense of confidentiality;
- Leadership, professionalism, and results-oriented.

- Postsecondary Degree in accounting or a related field;

- CPA designation (or in the process of obtaining it) is a major asset.
