Main Responsibilities:

- Perform work procedures as specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately, in accordance with the highest standards set by the manufacturer and the dealership;
- Perform repairs on vehicles;
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure complete customer satisfaction;

- Maintain close communication with the service advisory team when additional procedures are required or when repairs
cannot be completed within the prescribed timeframes;

- Attend in-person and online training sessions as needed;
- Conduct road tests to ensure quality control of the work performed.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- One year (or more) of experience as a Mechanic;
- Experience in vehicle diagnostics (an asset);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Knowledge of hybrid electric vehicles (an asset);
- A strong commitment to teamwork;

- Must hold a certificate of competence issued by the Comité Paritaire de l’Automobile.
