We take pride in delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Apprentice Automotive Technician who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and build a long-term career in the automotive industry.
Position overview:
This position is ideal for someone who has completed automotive training or has some hands-on shop experience and wants to work alongside experienced technicians on modern European vehicles.
You will assist with inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while receiving valuable on-the-job training. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for cars.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Technicians with vehicle diagnostics and repairs.
- Perform oil changes, tire installations, balancing, and seasonal tire changes.
- Complete brake services, suspension repairs, and routine maintenance.
- Perform vehicle inspections and report findings accurately.
- Learn to diagnose engine, electrical, and drivability concerns on European vehicles.
- Keep work orders and repair information organized.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with shop organization and inventory when required.
- Prepare vehicles for sale by ensuring they meet our quality and safety standards.
Qualifications :
- Automotive Technician training completed or currently enrolled (DEP or equivalent preferred).
- Previous shop experience is considered an asset but not required.
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive tools.
- Strong willingness to learn and accept coaching.
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
- Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's licence.
