Previous dealership experience is an asset, but we are especially interested in finding
someone with the right customer-service mindset, automotive interest, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do
- Support customers and the service team throughout the vehicle maintenance and repair process.
- Welcome customers and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns
- Ask questions to gather accurate service information
- Assist with service appointments, repair orders, and estimates
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicles
- Communicate with technicians and experienced Service Advisors
- Explain maintenance and repair information in clear language
- Help organize customer requests, phone calls, and service-lane activity
- Follow up on customer commitments and service recommendations
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information
- Help deliver an excellent customer experience
What You Bring
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Confidence speaking with customers in person and by phone
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage several priorities in a busy environment
- Comfort using computers and learning new systems
- A genuine interest in vehicles and automotive service
- A positive, dependable, and coachable approach
- A valid driver's licence
- Availability to work a full-time dealership schedule
Nice to Have
- The following experience is helpful, but not necessarily required:
- Automotive dealership or repair-shop experience
- Service appointment or BDC experience
- Quick-lube, tire-shop, parts, or rental vehicle experience
- Exposure to repair orders, estimates, or dealership software
- Basic automotive maintenance knowledge
