Job description
The Technical Advisor is responsible for:
• Welcoming customers and listening to their concerns.
• Analyzing mechanical or electrical issues with vehicles.
• Recommending appropriate repairs and maintenance services.
• Preparing and explaining estimates and repair quotes.
• Coordinating repair work with technicians.
• Following up on repairs and keeping customers informed throughout the process.
• Managing warranty claims and the required documentation.
• Handling customer complaints and actively contributing to customer satisfaction.
