We are currently looking for a strong leader to take charge of our Financial & Insurance (F&I) department, inspire the team, and help take the department to the next level.

Your challenge:

- Lead, develop, and drive the performance of the Finance & Insurance department;
- Focus on both team development and departmental profitability.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

- Coach, mentor, and support Finance Managers through ongoing training, personalized follow-ups, and daily coaching;
- Implement best practices to improve both individual and team performance;
- Foster a culture focused on performance, customer service, and teamwork;
- Ensure the department achieves its profitability objectives;
- Monitor daily operations and ensure file compliance;
- Work closely with the Sales Managers to maximize the success of every transaction;
- Maintain expert knowledge of financing, insurance, and protection products offered to customers;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and business partners;
- Optimize work processes and ensure they are consistently followed.

The ideal candidate:

You are likely the right fit if you:

- Have experience managing or coaching a team;
- Have several years of experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership;
- Have extensive experience financing pre-owned vehicle purchases;
- Have a strong understanding of financing programs, including subprime financing (second- and third-chance credit);
- Are recognized for your ability to train, mentor, and develop Finance Managers;
- Excel in sales, negotiation, financing, and compliance;
- Are known for your professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer service;
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a high-volume environment;
- Are fluent in both French and English.
