TWO POSITIONS AVAILABLE – WITH OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE!
* 1 position in the new vehicles sales department;
* 1 position in the pre-owned vehicles sales department.
Pinard Ford is looking for Automotive Sales Representatives to join its team.
The ideal candidate is naturally comfortable with digital tools and social media, using them strategically to grow their customer base and stay proactive.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and assist them in choosing their next vehicle;
- Deliver professional, personalized service focused on long-term customer satisfaction;
- Respond promptly to incoming inquiries from various channels, including the website, social media, phone calls, and emails;
- Follow up consistently with customers throughout the sales process;
- Stay up to date on vehicle models, current offers, and financing options;
- Help strengthen the dealership’s online presence by sharing vehicle photos, simple stories, and informative posts;
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Relevant automotive sales experience;
- Fluent in both French and English;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to quickly build trust with customers;
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail;
- Comfortable using digital tools and social media (e.g., Messenger, Marketplace, basic photo and video creation);
- Proactive attitude.
Working conditions:
- Permanent full-time position;
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week;
- Demonstrator vehicle available, depending on eligibility;
- Stable and friendly work environment.
