Main responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in their vehicle purchase journey with professionalism and enthusiasm;
- Listen to customer needs and suggest suitable vehicles and financing options;
- Establish and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and referrals;
- Stay up to date on products, their features, and current promotions;
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
Required profile:
- Sales experience (automotive experience an asset, but training provided if necessary);
- Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills;
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude;
- Ability to provide excellent customer service;
- Valid driver's license and availability to work some evenings and Saturdays.
