Your role - as a Sales Representative, you will:
- Welcome customers professionally and build trusting relationships;
- Identify customer needs and recommend the vehicle that best suits them;
- Present the features, technologies, and benefits of our vehicles;
- Advise customers on available products, accessories, and options;
- Prepare and follow up on sales files through to vehicle delivery;
- Deliver vehicles while providing a memorable customer experience;
- Keep customer information up to date in our customer relationship management (CRM) system;
- Provide thorough follow-up before and after the sale to build customer loyalty;
- Grow your customer base through prospecting and referrals;
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and manufacturer programs.
The profile we're looking for:
- Automotive sales experience (a strong asset);
- Passion for customer service and building relationships;
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills;
- Dynamic, self-motivated, and positive attitude;
- Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals;
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills;
- Professionalism, punctuality, and integrity;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Knowledge of Activix (an asset).
