Job opportunity – Service Advisor – permanent position
Our team is growing!
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will primarily be responsible for coordinating internal service appointments and customer appointments within the service department.
In addition, you will welcome customers, gather the necessary information, and identify their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
Responsibilities:
- Open and close internal and customer repair orders;
- Provide technicians with accurate information regarding assigned vehicles;
- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process and keep them informed of the progress of work on their vehicles;
- Explain completed repairs and all related costs to customers;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers;
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to recommend, advise on, and sell additional maintenance services;
- Patient, calm, and a team player;
- Computer skills; knowledge of SERTI is a major asset;
- Valid driver's licence.
