BDC Agent – Service | potential earnings of over $55,000 per year.

The BDC Agent – Service is part of Groupe Couture’s BDC team, located at GM de LaSalle, and works closely with the after-sales service department team.

Groupe Couture consists of 19 car dealerships in Quebec.

Job description:

The person we are looking for will have the following main responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for service department customers via phone, email, text message, and our CRM tool (Activix);
- Respond promptly to requests for maintenance and repair appointments;
- Schedule service appointments based on the shop’s availability;
- Follow up with customers regarding recommended maintenance, maintenance reminders, manufacturer recall campaigns, and seasonal inspections;
- Enter and update customer information in our database (CRM);
- Follow up with customers after their visit to the shop to gauge customer satisfaction;
- Contact customers to promote maintenance services, seasonal promotions, and preventive maintenance recommendations;
- Support the technical advisors team to ensure an excellent customer experience;
- Perform all other tasks related to the BDC department.

Requirements:

- Experience in a similar position or in customer service;
- Experience in the automotive industry or after-sales service is a plus;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written. Knowledge of English is a plus;
- Knowledge of CRM software (SERTI is a significant asset);
- Commitment to customer service and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously;
- Positive attitude, initiative, and team spirit.
