Full-time | Call Center / BDC | After-Sales Service
We are looking for a dynamic BDC Agent to join our service department team!
Your role:
- Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email, text, chat);
- Schedule and confirm appointments for maintenance and repairs;
- Follow up on online appointment requests;
- Collaborate with service advisors and the sales team;
- Use our CRM tools and internal systems to ensure fast and efficient service.

Your Profile:
- Customer service experience (experience in the automotive industry is a plus);
- Excellent communication skills in French (English is a plus);
- Organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with people;
- Proficiency with computer tools (CRM, Microsoft Office, etc.).
