Sales Representative – Renewal – Service Clientele.

Turn service visits into sales opportunities!
Action Chevrolet is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to manage service department customers and assist them with their vehicle renewal process.
Your role:
- Meet with customers visiting the service department.
- Analyze their current situation and future needs.
- Present renewal programs and upgrade opportunities.
- Conduct trade-in vehicle appraisals.
- Generate appointments and opportunities for the sales team.
- Ensure thorough follow-up with customers.
- Contribute to achieving customer retention and renewal goals.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in automotive sales (a significant asset).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
- Ability to quickly build trust with customers.
- Proficiency with computer tools and CRM systems.
