Mega Kia Brossard is looking for a New Vehicles Sales Representative to join a dynamic and high-performing team.

The primary duties are listed below, but the incumbent may be assigned other responsibilities:

- Greet customers, build a relationship of trust, and demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction;
- Help customers choose a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their answers in order to clearly identify their needs;
- Explain product performance, functionality, and benefits to potential customers either in the showroom or via email;
- Describe any optional equipment the customer might purchase;
- Offer test drives to all potential customers. Follow the dealership’s procedures to obtain the customer’s appropriate identification before the test drive;
- Professionally explain the terms and conditions of long-term leasing versus traditional purchase based on the customer’s needs;
- Gather the required information and complete all necessary documents to prepare for a sale;

- Understand the concepts of equity and residual value and be able to explain the principle of depreciation to customers;
- Negotiate the price and have the transaction approved by the sales manager;
- Notify the sales manager in the event of an exchange, refund, or issuance of a credit memo;
- Submit 100 percent of closed transactions to the sales manager, along with all duly completed documentation (information regarding insurance, the transaction title, etc.);
- Prepare and adequately brief the client to optimize the meeting with the sales manager;
- Define, obtain management approval for, and monitor personal annual sales goals;
- Review and analyze activities at the end of each day, week, month, and year to organize one’s schedule more effectively;
- Stay up to date on new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers;
- Know and understand all federal, provincial, and municipal laws governing automotive retail sales;
- Attend product and sales training courses as directed by the sales manager.
