Morand Ford Lincoln is seeking a talented and experienced New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the automotive industry, possesses strong relationship-building skills, and has a proven track record in vehicle sales.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional service by identifying their needs and offering tailored advice;
- Present and demonstrate new vehicles to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and available options;
- Negotiate sales terms and close transactions professionally;
- Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to achieve and exceed monthly targets;
- Participate in promotional events and activities to showcase and promote the brand’s vehicles;
- Provide high-quality after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in new vehicle sales (minimum of 3 years);
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills;
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive market and current industry trends;
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Proficiency with computer tools and sales management software;
- Valid driver’s licence.
