Job description

Mega Kia Brossard, one of the largest Kia dealerships in Quebec, is looking for a Renewal and Fleet Accounts Manager to continue growing its customer portfolio.

Your main responsibilities:

- Contact customers whose lease or financing contracts are expiring;
- Advise customers and offer them the best renewal options;
- Grow and retain the portfolio of commercial and fleet accounts;
- Conduct thorough follow-ups to maximize the renewal rate;
- Develop new business opportunities with companies in the region;
- Collaborate with the sales, financing, and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience;
- Maintain customer records and track activities;

Qualifications:

- Experience in automotive sales, business development, or B2B sales;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently;
- Results-oriented mindset and a focus on customer service;
- Experience with a CRM system (Activix, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
