Automotive Service Technician - Licensed (310S) Location: North York, Ontario
Work Arrangement: Onsite - Dealership Environment
Compensation: Approximately $32.00-$35.00 per flat-rate hour, based on experience, plus production bonus

What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership specifications.
- Perform vehicle maintenance, mechanical repairs, inspections, and technical services.
- Accurately document all completed work and recommended future repairs.
- Complete warranty-related work in accordance with manufacturer policies and procedures.
- Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle conditions, repairs, and required maintenance.
- Support fellow technicians with complex diagnostic and repair work when required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Participate in manufacturer-provided technical training and development.
What We're Looking For
- Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician Licence - required.
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract.
- Minimum of three years of hands-on automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repair experience.
- Strong diagnostic abilities across a variety of vehicle systems.
- Experience working within a dealership or high-volume automotive service environment is preferred.
- Full personal complement of required automotive tools.
- Ability to work effectively within a flat-rate compensation environment.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with service advisors and technicians.
- A team-first attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and interest in a stable, long-term opportunity.
Compensation and Benefits
- Approximately $32.00-$35.00 per flat-rate hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Production bonus opportunities.
