Job description
We are currently looking for a full time technician/mechanic to join our team. For this position you will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostic and repair of a wide variety of import and domestic vehicles. The ideal candidate would be able to work under minimal supervision both individually and as part of a team, and complete tasks in a timely manner. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Perform preventative maintenance;
• Diagnose issues, report to advisers and complete repairs;
• Road test vehicles;
• Perform Driveon safety inspections
• Document repairs, parts and supplies used on work orders;
• Access repair information on computer;
• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace;
Qualifications
• 310S/T Licensed Automotive Technician;
• Experience in all facets of vehicle repair such as brakes, suspension, front end, cooling, A/C, and electrical;
• Ability to communicate effectively with all staff and customers;
• Valid driver’s licence.
We offer a competitive hourly rate (not commission) and a 4 day work week.
