Sales Consultant - Pre-Owned Vehicles

Toyota Montréal-Nord is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Pre-OWned Vehicles Sales Consultant to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

- Welcome customers to the dealership and identify their needs;
- Present and conduct demonstrations and test drives of pre-owned vehicles;
- Advise customers in selecting the vehicle that best suits their needs and budget;
- Perform diligent follow-up with prospects and sales opportunities;
- Use the company’s CRM tools to ensure effective management of customer files;
- Present financing options, protection products, and complementary products;
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire purchasing process;
- Participate in dealership promotional activities and events;
- Achieve and exceed established sales objectives.

Requirements:

- Automotive sales experience (an asset);
- Experience in sales, customer service, or retail (an asset);
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Positive, professional, and results-oriented attitude;
- Ability to work in a team environment and perform in a fast-paced setting;
- Good computer skills;
- Knowledge of CRM software and basic computer applications;
- Valid driver's licence (required);
- Bilingualism in French and English (an asset).

Required education and qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Training in automotive sales (a plus);
- Training in sales techniques, marketing, or business administration (a plus).
