Our automotive dealership, recognized for its outstanding customer service and commitment to excellence, is looking for a passionate, motivating, and results-driven Service Manager.

Your role:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the after-sales service department. You will ensure the department's profitability while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the service department;
- Motivate, coach, and develop a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff;
- Ensure sales, productivity, and profitability objectives are achieved;
- Optimize work scheduling and shop capacity management;
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and efficiently handle more complex customer concerns;
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans;
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and dealership policies;
- Work closely with the Parts, Sales, and Administration Departments;
- Foster a positive, safe, and collaborative work environment.
Desired profile:
- Significant experience managing an automotive service department;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Customer-focused with strong business acumen;
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities;
- Strong understanding of after-sales service performance indicators;
- Knowledge of dealership management systems (Serti, Reynolds, PBS, CDK, or equivalent) is an asset.
