Journeyman Mechanic - Master Tech

Blainville Mitsubishi is looking for a Senior Automotive Technician (Master Tech) for a key position within its service department.

This role is intended for an experienced technician specializing in automotive diagnostics, with a particular focus on electrical and electronic systems.

You will work in a structured, stable, and experienced environment where diagnostic accuracy and repair quality are top priorities.

Responsibilities:

- Perform advanced diagnostics, primarily involving electrical and electronic systems;
- Identify and resolve complex vehicle issues;
- Carry out repairs according to manufacturer standards;
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and the service team;
- Ensure precise, thorough work that complies with safety standards;
- Participate in resolving complex technical problems;
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Desired Profile:

- Significant experience as a Senior Automotive Technician / Master Tech;
- Excellent automotive diagnostic skills;
- Knowledge of Mitsubishi or Nissan vehicles would be a major asset;
- Automotive Mechanics Diploma (DVS) or equivalent;
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly responsible;
- Strong team spirit and professional attitude;
- Ability to manage complex diagnostics under pressure.
