Parts Coordinator

Our Parts Coordinators play a critical role in maintaining workflow, supporting technicians, and ensuring every repair has the right parts at the right time. As vehicles become more advanced - including EVs, hybrids, and ADAS-equipped models - accurate parts sourcing and modern inventory coordination have become even more essential.

What You'll Do
As a Parts Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of parts ordering and inventory in a busy collision repair facility:
- Order, receive, and invoice parts and materials using industry-specific software
- Follow up on vendor orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain and organize the parts area for efficiency and accuracy
- Update Estimators and Technicians on parts status and availability
- Adjust estimates to reflect price changes and additional required parts
- Support the shop with clear, efficient communication and problem-solving
- Source and track components for EVs, hybrids, ADAS systems, sensors, and advanced materials, ensuring OEM-compliant replacements
- Help manage sustainability-aligned materials (recyclables, cores, packaging reduction efforts, etc.)
- Support documentation related to EV readiness, calibration parts, and modern repair processes

What You Bring
- Automotive knowledge or prior collision/repair industry experience
- Parts management experience in a shop, dealership, or related environment
- Ability to manage multiple ordering systems, vendor portals, and workflows
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- A willingness to keep learning and growing your technical knowledge
- Professional references demonstrating reliability and strong work habits
- Interest in emerging vehicle technologies - including EV parts, high-voltage components, and ADAS system materials
