Assistant Manager

The new Gabriel Chrysler Jeep dealership, located in Montreal, is looking for a candidate for the position of assistant service manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

-Manage the entire department and staff;
-Ensure the department's productivity and profitability;
-Follow the progress of jobs;
-Ensure an exceptional customer experience;
-Proactively handle customer complaints within a timely manner;
-Perform any other task that may be required in relation to the position.

Skills and qualities:

-Minimum of 3 years experience as an automotive service manager;
-Excellent managerial, organization and leadership skills;
-Focused on customer satisfaction;
-Motivator and Team player;
-Knowledge of Serti software, an asset.
