Job description
Audi St-Laurent is looking for a professional and customer-oriented Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner;
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments;
Make outbound calls to customers for appointment reminders and service follow-ups;
Accurately document customer information and appointment details;
Coordinate with Service Advisors and the Service Department to optimize scheduling;
Respond to customer inquiries regarding maintenance and service visits;
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism;
Carry out any other task in relation to the position.
Qualifications;
Excellent communication and customer service skills;
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
Previous call center, customer service, or automotive experience is an asset.
