Acura Sainte-Julie is looking for an ambitious, dedicated, and hard-working Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Manager. Don’t wait any longer, we’d love to meet you!

The Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Manager reports to the General Manager. On a daily basis, they must assist sales representatives in closing deals. They are responsible for approving their sales representatives’ transactions. They must sell vehicles while meeting the dealership’s gross profit and volume targets. Finally, they must also ensure customer satisfaction at the dealership.
Tasks related to team management, follow-ups, training, sales, and reconditioning. Here are a few examples:
• Ensure follow-ups on the sales board (financing, scheduled deliveries, cancellations and explanations, as well as credit approval denials with justifications);
• Track all files handled by the financial managers;
• Maintain rigorous follow-ups in the CRM (follow-ups, tasks, appointments, training, etc.);
• Record sales with the manufacturer (ensure compliance with the manufacturer’s requirements);
• Develop a new strategy every morning with the sales team and management (taking into account external factors, promotions, and everything happening in other departments of the dealership);
• Follow up on online inquiries and develop a game plan with the sales representative;
• Verify that all vehicles are listed online on the various platforms;
• Assist sales representatives in closing deals (“TO”);
• Initiate the reconditioning process for new arrivals;
• Closely monitor the vehicle reconditioning steps and coordinate photo shoots;
