Job description

F&I Sales Manager – Northern Laurentians (15 minutes north of St-Jérôme).

Your mission:

- Oversee all F&I operations: products, financing, compliance, for both new and used vehicles;
- Assist with loan origination and vehicle delivery;
- Maximize product penetration rates and profit per loan, without compromising the customer experience;
- Work quickly and efficiently: fast delivery times; ability to process approvals and deliveries “on the spot” when conditions allow. (That’s in our DNA);
- Manage second-chance credit with tact and rigor, even though it represents only a small portion of our customer base;
- Ability to work as part of a team.

The profile we are looking for:

- Experience required;
- Strong performance in F&I averages;
- Fast-paced, organized, able to handle a sustained volume without compromising compliance;
- Expertise in F&I products, traditional and alternative lenders, and second- and third-chance lending practices;
- Bilingual.

Key Information:

- Location: Northern Laurentians (15 minutes north of Saint-Jérôme);
- Schedule: 50 hours per week, Monday through Friday, no weekends;
- Type: Permanent, long-term, sole F&I role for the dealership.
