Financial & Insurance Manager

Groupe Hamel is seeking a Financial & Insurance Manager for its Mercedes-Benz Blainville dealership for a one-year maternity leave replacement, with the possibility of a permanent position at one of our dealerships. We are looking for a high-performing, versatile candidate who is currently successful in this field and has a solid understanding of various financing options as well as all types of insurance and protection products offered by the industry.

In this role, you will be required to meet the following criteria:

- Provide detailed explanations to customers to sell financing, insurance, various protection plans, and extended warranties;
- Process financing and leasing transactions accurately and fairly;
- Collaborate with sales managers to achieve a reasonable profit on each sale;
- Approximately 400 files to process annually.

Requirements:

- 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry;
- Knowledge of One-Eighty (an asset);
- Bilingualism (a significant asset).
